He was also appointed as the CEO of Eagle Insurance, where he held office for 8 years.
As CEO, Derek partnered with departmental leaders, delivered strategic and financial support to the Board of Directors. He led a high performing team of 140, with 8 direct reports. Engaging business acumen and making decisions grounded in financial data, he drove swift and sustainable growth.
