Having evolved for over 16 years in the Financial Services Industry with some of the most prominent services providers of the industry, Jhason held positions in the company secretarial cluster, compliance as well as in the Private Equity ecosystem.
Prior to joining Peridot Management Ltd, acted as Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer for a number of Special Licensed entities. He also headed a team of Trust and Corporate executives.
Jhason has also been involved in various entrepreneurial development programs as well as being a member of various committees and focus groups throughout his career. He is knowledgeable and erudite and understands the processes and complexities of establishing companies, funds, specialized licenses, and trusts, and interacts regularly with the Financial Services Commission and other regulatory bodies.
